Strangely enough on a side-note, when I downloaded directly from the ESO Site, it instantly displayed the 41GB download file, completely ignoring the intial 56.8GB that Steam had me download. I just gave up and uninstalled it completely, and I already have this on my desktop anyway. The remaining files of I think 41GB (Rounded off) didn't decrease. The bar stays at 0%, and the download speed is stuck at 0kb/s. I got the launcher to launch, but it doesn't download anything.
